Analytics
The Deliverty Hub dashboard provides analytics to help you understand delivery performance, agent productivity, and operational trends.
Dashboard Overview
The main dashboard home page shows key metrics at a glance:
Summary Cards
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Tasks | Total number of tasks in the current period |
| Completed | Tasks that reached COMPLETED status |
| In Progress | Tasks currently in ASSIGNED, ACCEPTED, or IN_TRANSIT |
| Cancelled | Tasks that were CANCELLED |
| Active Agents | Agents currently online and available or on task |
| Completion Rate | Percentage of non-cancelled tasks that were completed successfully |
Task Analytics
Deeper task analytics are available through the tasks section:
- Tasks by status: Breakdown of all tasks grouped by their current status.
- Tasks by type: Distribution across delivery, pickup, cash collection, cash drop, and job types.
- Tasks by channel: Which channels (API integrations) are generating the most tasks.
- Tasks over time: Trend chart showing task volume over days, weeks, or months.
- Peak hours: Identify the busiest times of day for delivery operations.
Agent Performance
Track how your agents are performing:
- Tasks per agent: Number of tasks completed by each agent in the selected period.
- Acceptance rate: How quickly and consistently agents accept assigned tasks.
- Average delivery time: Time from task acceptance to completion.
- Online hours: How long each agent was active during the period.
- Cancellation rate: Percentage of assigned tasks that were cancelled after agent assignment.
Payment Analytics
Financial overview of delivery operations:
- Total collected: Sum of all payments in PAID status.
- Pending collection: Outstanding cash-on-delivery amounts not yet confirmed.
- Payment method breakdown: Distribution across cash, online, and wallet payments.
- Revenue by channel: Which channels are generating the highest payment volumes.
Filtering and Date Ranges
All analytics views support filtering by:
- Date range: Today, last 7 days, last 30 days, custom range.
- Task type: Filter to specific task types (delivery, pickup, etc.).
- Agent: Filter to a specific agent's activity.
- Channel: Filter to tasks from a specific channel.
- Status: Focus on specific task statuses.
Organization Scoping
All analytics are automatically scoped to your current organization. Super Admins can switch between organizations to compare metrics across tenants.
Data Export
Task data can be exported for external analysis. The task list supports exporting filtered results, which can be used with business intelligence tools for advanced reporting and custom dashboards.
